Florence Annexes 4760 Harbor Vista Drive

The Florence City Council voted unanimously to annex 4760 Harbor Vista Drive. They also unaimously voted to zone the newly annexed land as medium-density residential. The Planning Commission had recommended apporoval, and there were no objections during the hearing.

The property will remain in Western Lane Fire and EMS's jurisdictions, and will be added to the police, jail, and court services. The property already has access to Florence roads, and they are working with Public works to get connected to City water.

After the apporval, Mayor Rob Ward said, "Kathryn Welcom to the City. We're glad you're part of it."
